The Cappuccino Collection by Aancha Chanda

Inspired by the rich Persian culture and ancient Indian Moghul history, and drawn to the quirkiness that goes into the royal-punk-age, The Cappuccino Collection creates trendy style for  confident and stylish independent women. The ultimate Persian Punk is a nomadic damsel with a creative side to her, bewitched by glitter and glam, yet inspired by nature and the goodness in people. Enhancing the Persian Punk collection is The Cappuccino Collection jewelry, designed to complement the season.

The collection is young,  radiant, vibrant, and glamorous, which has many intriguing hues. It is highly inspired by rich Persian culture which is conservative and modest; it represents woman who is rebellious, edgy, unusual and creative.

Just like AC style, lot of colors have been used in this collection. Hues revolve around the vintage and rich colors from persian and indian rich culture like: brick orange, yellows, romantic purple, maharani pink, emerald green and blue.

Playing an important role in collection is the creation of a high voltage glam with glittering sequence inspired by early 80’s look & Indo-Persian evergreen culture.

There is wide variety of  styles perfect for cocktail wear, dinner and  travel, friendly for glamorous elegant day or evening parties! The collection has long dresses, maxis, lounge gowns, kaftans, tunics,  and evening caftans, an easy glamour dressing without a fuss! The silhouettes in this collection are classic, trendy, edgy, glamorous and luxurious thus creating a very sophisticated-royal-punk!

AC used Persian inspired prints from rich Persian textile heritage with Indian Moghul twist in this collection. Prints have been taken from the local Persian embroidered fabrics such as the nomadic patch work; & collaborated with ancient Indian Moghul times with royalty, gold gilded ribbons &cord works with 4 key prints seen in the collection in silk chiffon’s, satins, crepes and silk lycra .
