BANDOIX FLORES PFW SPRING 2014: UNDERSTATED ELEGANCE

"In a surreal world of my own, I float. Lost in thoughts, dreaming more often that  blurs the line between reality and fiction with each passing day. Whimsical ways and quixotic notions conjure a collage of fantasy on sublime canvas. An artist, a dreamer, or just a friend, who is me, after all"...by Bandoix Flores.

Empowered with minimalist detailing, Bandoix Flores'  lines exude effortless sophistication. A   classic example of  traditional  quality of  tailoring  that blends well in the newness of couture. Sensual  yet sublime, the neo- classic well defined silhouettes  are  so understated that the collection screams classicism.
The fine, polished  and hyper edited black and whites masterfully meld vintage images but in a modern exquisite craftsmanship.

Mystifying and charming in equal measure , the handmade embellishments done by his  artisans from India painstakingly dashed Swarovski crystals, sequins, minute beads and pearls on neckpieces and bodices.

Bandoix Flores' entry to the Philippine Fashion Week Spring 2014 brought a bundle of traditional aesthetics, a style poetry like it used to be in the old days…when dressing was a ceremony and dresses spell- ELEGANCE..
