AZIZ HUMAID FFWD Season 2 : THE SARTORIAL PENGUINS

Aziz Humaid, an arabian fashion maverick, amalgamated forward sensuality  with sheer linear aesthetic that played a major player in his ensemble.
The absence of heaviness in the form of embroidery and fabrics was a refreshing surprise, knowing he came from rich middle eastern country of opulence, Saudi Arabia.
The unusual use of black  and white further heightened the measured and well crafted pieces that simultaneously imparted a classic appeal to the collection that balance it out.

He refrained from overtly indulging the use of  embellishments, which is impressive considering lots of designers preferred on their earlier collections that have had an overdose of the same.

Successfully breaking the convention of couture being primarily over encrusted, Aziz  collection was wearable in every sense of it.

Aziz Humaid started with pattern concepts of structural fluidity that balance the presence of black and white that harmoniously complemented each other.

Linear panels were the core rampantly used throughout the collection.

He is young and on first time at the Fashion Forward Season 2 in Dubai, but never failed to impress with his vibrant fashion jabs that were  contagious and definitely, a cut above the rest.
